Shawna Damiani, LPC-A
Are you feeling weighed down by past experiences, struggling to navigate ADHD, or grappling with self-acceptance? Are you searching for a safe space to process emotions, build resilience, and develop strategies to manage life's uncertainties, especially in light of recent challenges? I am here to provide compassionate therapy for individuals facing these and other struggles.
I believe in harnessing each client's unique strengths and empowering them to advocate for their needs and aspirations. Together, we’ll work toward your goals, embracing self-compassion and discovering effective strategies to help you thrive.
With over five years of experience working with children and adults from diverse backgrounds, I specialize in guiding clients through the complexities of trauma, adult ADHD, and LGBTQ+ identity issues. I am certified in the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), a trauma-informed approach designed to help individuals and families heal and build stronger, healthier relationships. These challenges can impact every aspect of life—relationships, work, and self-esteem—but there is hope for a brighter path forward. I am under the supervision of Megan Harbin, LPC-S.
As your dedicated cheerleader, I’ll be there every step of the way, supporting you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. Your story is unique, and I’m here to help you find your way forward. Call me for a consultation, and let’s see if we’re a good fit!
